    West Virginia: Martinsburg, Kearneysville, Charles Town, Harpers Ferry, Inwood & Summit Point

  • We sure do! All products and equipment are supplied for every clean. Please review our current product list and be sure to inform us of any allergies or sensitivities to any of these products at the time of booking.

  • Typically, we request services be booked at least 2 weeks in advance. However, we may fit in same-week cleanings depending on our current schedule so please feel free to submit an inquiry!

  • Happy Apple Clean Co is fully licensed and insured, providing peace of mind and protection for our clients and ourselves.

  • Payments for cleaning services can be made in-person via check, cash, Venmo, or PayPal or through our online payment and invoicing system, Wave. Let us know what options suits you best and if you require invoicing for your service.

    Payment for all cleaning services must be made in full prior to the end of your scheduled service.

    Please note, payments made through any online credit card processing system (Wave, PayPal Venmo) will be subject to a 3.5% administrative fee.

  • Absolutely! We have an ร  la carte service list that you can add specific tasks from for your scheduled cleaning. Click over to our services page for more details!

    We also offer free rotational cleaning tasks for all weekly & bi-weekly clients.

    • Deposits: All services require a $100 deposit, which can be rolled over to future bookings if you schedule reoccurring services.

    • Cancellations: We know that things come up and schedules can change unexpectedly. We allow for one cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice with no charge or loss of deposit. After that, any service canceled with less than 24 hours' notice and not rescheduled within the same week incur the loss of your deposit.

    • Satisfaction Guarantee: If youโ€™re not completely satisfied with your service, please let us know within 24 hours, and weโ€™ll do what we can to make it right!
